show villa available for viewing — Summer 2026

The Project

A considered intervention in a singular landscape.

Four villas, sited carefully amongst centenary olive trees and stone terraces, designed to belong to the place rather than impose upon it.

An architecture of restraint

The architectural language draws on the vernacular of the Sierra de Tramuntana. A refined palette of locally quarried stone, lime render, terracotta and natural wood is reinterpreted with the precision and openness of contemporary residential design. Generous glazing dissolves the boundary between interior and garden, while deep eaves and shaded terraces echo the rhythms of traditional Mallorcan living.

Aerothermal climate

Underfloor heating and cooling throughout, powered by high-efficiency aerothermal systems.

Natural materials

Local stone, lime and natural wood creating a timeless, warm palette designed to age beautifully.

Quiet technology

Domotics for lighting, climate, security and music, intuitively integrated.

Mature landscaping

The gardens are thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural beauty of Mallorca. Graceful palm trees create a warm, Mediterranean atmosphere and the tall, sculptural cypress trees add structure and privacy.

Built to last

Foundations, structure, envelope and finishes are executed to the highest standards, with a focus on materials that age gracefully. The result is a lasting sense of permanence homes that feel established from the very beginning.

Designed for how a home is lived in

Open-plan living spaces flow seamlessly onto covered terraces and infinity pool. On the first floor, each villa features three generously sized bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort. Garden-level basements provide additional space, with the option to create a wine cellar, gym or wellness area as desired. Every villa is delivered fully turn-key, ready for immediate enjoyment.
